The theme is taken from the final aria of Rossini's opera 'Cenerentola'. Cinderella. where the heroine bids a joyous farewell to all her days spent as a house-keeper. Hurrah. In this virtuosic arrangement the tricky bits are cheekily shared between the three instuments, making it a little less exhausting than the original, but just as much fun.
