Brian Setzer, Squirrel Nut Zippers, etc. The tune is not the traditional shuffle, but more like rough swing with heavy back beats. I got the title while driving through the country where I saw a shanty with the sign "Junk for Sale" outside. It was interesting mix of junk and hubcaps, thus the title. The chart is pretty straight forward, featuring tenor sax & trombone. The bridge section after the solos is kind of weird, sort of junky. The song is labeled medium-advanced due to the range issues in the first trumpet and first trombone. they get pretty high on the shout chorus. This tune is very exciting and should make everyone in the audience tap their feet.
