(Level V) Get your trombone section to "hang out" in the practice room on this five-bone section feature. The trombones deliver the tune in harmony, play a brief soli, and the band sends off the soloists. Fourth trombone solos over G and Gm blues, third over G blues. Fifth trombone plays a "walking bass" written solo line under an A blues woodwind soli, then the first and second trombones trade fours over an A minor and G blues. The band briefly recaps, and the trombones close the tune with flair. Alto I doubles flute; Alto II and Tenors double clarinet; Bari doubles Bass Clarinet. An optional trumpet part extends the range to A6. 9 Brass.
