2nd movement is given as "Lento con moto" (instead of Andante &c) in the Boston Symphony notes- typo or evidence that work was revised after premiere? - notes mention that this is almost the same as the 14th variation as Schelling’s Impressions from an Artist's Life for piano and orchestra (given its first Boston performance 1915-12-31) - followed "by a short transitional recitative" and the 16th variation from the same work (the Giocoso?) (The notes refer to the concluding Rondo, again, as Vivo, not Vivamente.) They mention two performances before the 10-20-1916 performance (in Providence, Rhode Island 10-17-16 and in Cambridge, Mass., 10-19-16.)
